hari ni baru download Top Gear 15x05. turns out that US's Shelby made a car that was faster than German's Bugatti so eventually they hold the spot for fastest production car in the world. but then Bugatti gave them a big bitch slap. they made a new Bugatti named 'Bugatti Super Sport' which can go a whopping 431km/h!! take that Shelby! Bugatti is back in number 1!! i've always been a fan of Bugatti. coz they made a car that give you super speed and luxury all in one. the best part, you can drive it on normal road! and they don't even have typical sports car look! they're all about luxury!
and this episode also taught me about Ayrton Senna. i've always heard of him, about his F1 career & his death but i've never really know his story. he is a good man. when his friend had an accident in the middle of racing, he happens to be there and he stopped! HE STOPPED! in the middle of the race, running to his friend with the other racing cars coming, he didn't hesitates. and the way he drives, wow. just wow. this guy drives like he got nothing to lose. like i said, he didn't hesitates. he gambles everything. once when the race just started, he rammed another racer because of gap-thingy in the championship position (i don't really hear the commentation coz i was focusing on the clips), he later said that he raced to win, nothing else. just win. if it's not for win, there's no reason to be racing. this guy is awesome! well, was. the death-crash was devastating. something must be wrong with his car to allow such high-speed crash like that. but all in all, he was a great driver.
oh and another thing, F1 racers back then race manually! i mean literally manually! with that gear stick! imagine turning at a corner with such speed, 1 hand steering and the other changing gear! at high speed! I Salute F1 Drivers-back-then. really just WOW.
